The first part of the adaptation of the Long Halloween just recently dropped (at least digitally.)
The art style is...well I assume it’s a stylistic choice done for budget reasons. In case you were anticipating the Tim Sale art style, which is pretty good. But just not the direction DC went in, is all
It’s still stylish though.
The voice cast I thought was actually pretty cool. A fresh new direction (with Troy Baker adding his usual Joker charm, of course.) But I found myself really digging Jensen Ackles interpretation of the Bats. (Yes, that Jensen Ackles.)
So far it seems relatively faithful to the graphic novel but with a few updates to the script, whilst being a tad condensed.
Thoughts? Opinions?
