Hillary Was Not A Great Candidate Says Former VP Joe Biden

At this point I think it'd be more reasonable to, rather than make a list of better alternatives to President Trump, to just make a list of things that could be worse than a President Trump.

I have been staring at this for the last ten minutes trying to put something down, and have failed to find anything, but I'm, like...80% positive worse alternatives exist.

How about Bush the second getting a third term?

I thought there was more to Biden's statement, that although he thought her not a good candidate, would have been a great president.

Trump hasn't done anything other than constantly **** up since day one. Nothing but one act of corruption and incompetence after another. The fact that he got a sizable number of clueless bumpkins to vote for him doesn't change any of that.
We clueless bumpkins preferred a crazy wild card to
yet another war mongering incompetent socialist crook.
But hey.....some voters like those.
"She's Richard Nixon in a pantsuit....looks good to me!"

As for Biden, it turns out he was too busy with other activities to run....

He was prettier than the other one.
(And I knew he'd make all the lefties utterly furious.)

Also I am not convinced he was much of a wild card, since he is acting very much as predicted: Vain, petty, narcissistic, and a complete disaster in the office. The majority of us knew he was a giant idiot who should never be President and that is why the majority voted against him.

He had no political record by which to judge.
Add to this a whiff of instability.

"Wild card" is an ambiguous metaphor.....I mean wildly unpredictable.
Vain, petty, narcissistic.....
Yes.....the archetypal politician with regard to those personal traits.
......and a complete disaster in the office.
Too early to judge what will actually result.
If he starts no wars, I'll call it a success.
But it's premature....we've almost 4 years of exciting times ahead of us.
The majority of us knew he was a giant idiot who should never be President and that is why the majority voted against him.
And a majority of voters (52%) rejected Hillary too.
When the Libertarian gets over 3% of the popular vote, we know
the Dems & Pubs are offering us 2 steaming piles of former haggis.

What? Me worry?

He's still the Prez and she isn't (I started to say ain't but I didn't want to enforce your stereotyping a large section of Americans).

"Socialist"? You should know better than that. She's neoliberal and therefore pretty much an ultra-capitalist. It was Trump who played the right-wing protectionist card.

Oh, you loopy lefties.....you really believe that things are
so bad based only upon how you feel about the drama.
Tear filled eyes can blind one to reality. It's why so many
of you see him as Hitler, & us voters as Nazis.
Here.....
th

While drama can presage the future, I prefer tangible
things when passing judgement....

Let's consider Bush.....started 2 wars, bad tax policy, Wall St bailouts.
Now Obama....disastrous Obamacare, more bad tax policy, bail-outs for large companies instead of little people.
Trump.....nothing accomplished but one USSC nominee. The rest of his record is to be determined.

You're missing the humor in my response.

But while she is not a socialist, she would indeed steer
the country in that direction more so than would Trump.
By exerting ever more federal control over the means of
production, our mixed economy would have more socialism
in the mix.

"Ultra-capitalist"? No....but she certainly uses it for political
& personal advantage. To call her an "ultra-capitalist" would
be like calling a wolf "ultra-ovine".

At least we've morphed from "deplorables" to "bumpkins".
The latter sounds friendlier.

Odd, ain't it.....Hillary fans are supposed to be the progressive & tolerant ones,
but they're the ones doing the vast bulk of the name calling & personal dissing.
We're a country of illiberal liberals, uncaring conservatives, & libertarian kooks.
