Hey rajah

Hey rajah, did you come to rescue me? Hey rajah, do you dare to set me free?

Does England have 'porn' or no? It would be so nice if it didn't.. Like in the days of King James I.

The Jamestown[1] settlement in the Colony of Virginia was the first permanent English settlement in the Americas. It was located on the east bank of the Powhatan (James) River about 2.5 mi (4 km) southwest of the center of modern Williamsburg. William Kelso writes that Jamestown "is where the British Empire began".[2] It was established by the Virginia Company of London as "James Fort" on May 4, 1607 O.S.;(May 14, 1607 N.S.),[3] and was considered permanent after brief abandonment in 1610.

From :
The Separatists, or Independents, were English Protestants who occupied the extreme wing of Puritanism. The Separatists were severely critical of the Church of England and wanted to either destroy it or separate from it. Their chief complaint was that too many elements of the Roman Catholic Church had been retained, such as the ecclesiastical courts, clerical vestments, altars and the practice of kneeling. The Separatists were also critical of the lax standards of public behavior, citing widespread drunkenness and the failure of many to keep the Sabbath properly.

Referring to themselves as the Saints, the Separatists believed that they had been elected by God for salvation (see Calvinism) and feared spiritual contamination if they worshiped with those outside of their congregations, often referred to as the Strangers.

In 1608, a community of English separatists decided to escape persecution by moving to Holland, an area long known for its toleration. Dutch society was so welcoming that the Pilgrims, as they had come to be known, eventually feared that they were losing control over their children. In 1620, they set out for a more remote location that would allow them to protect their community. This effort resulted in the founding of Plymouth Colony.

Other contemporary religious dissenters, the Puritans, believed that the Church of England was badly in need of reform, but could be salvaged.

Pornography in the United Kingdom has existed since the United Kingdom was formed by the Acts of Union 1800. Before that it was found in Great Britain which was formed by the Acts of Union 1707, and earlier still in the four countries of which the modern kingdom consists. The Victorian pornographic tradition included French photographs, erotic prints, and printed literature. As technology has advanced, pornography has taken diverse forms and become more widespread in society. In the twentieth century the production of pornographic magazines and films developed, and by the twenty-first century pornography was available by telephone, on television and via the internet. However, access to pornography has generally been more restricted than it has been in comparable Western countries.

Pornography in the United Kingdom - Wikipedia

The UK has a markedly different tradition of pornography regulation from that found in most other Western countries, which legalised hardcore pornography during the 1960s and 1970s. By contrast the UK was almost the only liberal democracy not to do so. Britain's obscenity laws, such as the Obscene Publications Act 1959, are strict by European standards[1] and made the sale of hardcore pornography completely illegal until the end of the century, although ownership was not a criminal offence.

The UK is still the only Member State of the European Union that prohibits private imports of adult pornography by consumers coming from other Member States of the European Union. In the 2004–2005 fiscal year, the agents of HM Revenue and Customs seized 96,783 items of pornographic media carried by people travelling into the UK.[2]

However the current British legislative framework including the Obscene Publications Act 1959 (in England and Wales), the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and the Video Recordings Act 1984 leads to a confusing situation in which there is a theoretical ban on the publication and distribution (but not possession) of pornographic material in any form, which is in practice unenforceable due to the vagueness of the legal test of material that "depraves and corrupts". In the United Kingdom, the Obscene Publications Acts set the criteria for what material is allowed to be publicly accessed and distributed.

The common law, as established in R v Hicklin [1868] 3 QB 360, set the test of "obscenity" as "whether the tendency of the letter published is to deprave and corrupt those whose minds are open to such immoral influence and into whose hands the publication might fall", while the 1857 Act allowed any stipendiary magistrate or any two Justices of the Peace to issue a warrant authorising the police to search for, seize and destroy any obscene publications.

In practice, hardcore material on video and DVD was until recently banned by the requirement under the Video Recordings Act to be certified by the BBFC, while mainstream hardcore material in other forms such as magazines and websites is essentially unrestricted. European, American and British hardcore pornographic magazines are now openly sold in many British newsagents, for instance. Due to liberalisation in BBFC policy, mainstream hardcore DVDs now receive R18 certificates, legalising them but restricting their sale to licensed sex shops such as those in Soho.

The UK porn industry is estimated to be now worth about £1 billion, compared to £20 billion worldwide

The first business venture of pioneering British pornographers David Sullivan and David Gold was selling soft pornography photos by mail order at the end of the 1960s

(J)esus Christ was 'murdered' for speaking softly about the wrongs of the world. Today, persons are 'murdered' for speaking loudly about the wrongs of the world.

Free love is a social movement that accepts all forms of love. The Free Love movement's initial goal was to separate the state from sexual matters such as marriage, birth control, and adultery. It claimed that such issues were the concern of the people involved, and no one else.

"Yes, I am a Free Lover. I have an inalienable, constitutional and natural right to love whom I may, to love as long or as short a period as I can; to change that love every day if I please, and with that right neither you nor any law you can frame have any right to interfere".

Victoria Woodhull (1838–1927), the first woman to run for presidency in the U.S. in 1872, was also called "the high priestess of free love".

This is for 'obscene publications'. What about for any form of public 'obscenities' which would or could deprave and/or corrupt those minds which are open to such 'immoral' influences and into whose eyes and minds these public displays of personal 'obscenities' might/could fall?

So the question is not 'Why does it always have to be good good good, everyday, everyday, everyday?'

The question can be, 'What would you consider 'fun' suitable for aged groups'?

Why the 'need' for being naked among strangers as being 'fun'?

Since when, which year, did 'male boys' find being naked among other 'male boys', 'fun'?

Not until 'learned' to be accepted as 'fun'.. Naturally, male 'boys' do not find having their 'private parts' exposed to others as 'fun'.

A 'form' of Nature verses Nurture.

Why are young persons being 'nurtured' into accepting these sorts of 'funs' as fun? Because 'naturally', they would not.

Common Law? What is that about?

com·mon law

noun
  1. the part of English law that is derived from custom and judicial precedent rather than statutes. Often contrasted with statutory law.
    • the body of English law as adopted and modified separately by the different states of the US and by the federal government.
    • denoting a partner in a marriage by common law (which recognized unions created by mutual agreement and public behavior), not by a civil or ecclesiastical ceremony.

If everyone is to become as the 'partiers', then where would the 'others' be?

If every 'youth' is to learn to accept certain 'funs', then where would the 'other' youths be?

i mean, 20's, 30's, 40's, year olds are at the age of majority. They shouldn't 'need' to feel accepted for their personal practices of choice.

When the 'majority' were practicing and condoning of their practices, they didn't 'need' to feel accepted. But when the 'majority' is turned away into a non practicing and condoning of their practices, their embarrassment might cause them to 'justify' their choices.

What forms of practices and condonings will today's youths/children/tots 'defend' as the majority way of social norm when they are adults needing to 'defend'?

What are they being 'taught' to defend now?

Will they be able to 'hear' the 'false things' coming forth from 'false lips' in Churches?

Proverbs 17:4 "A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue."

John 8:43 "Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word."

But take heart. It isn't fully your fault if you do not 'hear'. Why? Because God covered your ears so that if you did hear, but the lures of this world lured you away, you would be worse than when you did hear. Take heart. He will provide for the right time for your ears to be opened.

Look around and see what you might have been made 'worse' with if you did hear but then resisted and turned away.... You might have become twice in bondage and twice entangled in 'darker' shades.

Take heart and take courage. God does 'Love'.

What will ever become of these 'partiers' if they never learn 'self control'?

They will become like 'abominable' or 'runaway' snowballs getting larger and larger as it keeps rolling downward and downward. What might occur to itself or to the village or town it lands in/on?

Are we really going to just sit around and watch it roll downward and downwards heading in our direction while drinking our teas and coffees and noon time liqueurs?

Is this not 'complacency'?
