It's wonderful that I got blamed. The more I get blamed the better. After all, the malamati (Islamic Sufi path of blame) has much to recommend it.

Taking the blame is empowering.
E.g. Kyle Kulinski, a democrat, says that he won't vote for Biden and that, if Trump wins, he wants to be blamed.
Being blamed says that you had the power to force an outcome.
Someone who can never be blamed never had any power.
