CBD is still illegal in a number of states.

I figure as long as it's free of THC and legal where you are at, would probably be a good choice.

I suppose you would have to try it to find out but I would check up some information about it as to whether it would do things like test positive on a drug screen.

    Never tried Hemp oil.

But CBD oil with the legal limit of thc is effective. The CBD works better with higher thc concentrate, but some is better than none. I know someone who gives their autistic child low thc CBD oil and it has improved his vocabulary and helps him focus better in school.

I take thc free CBD oil to help me sleep and reduce pain and it works fairly well. Though I am tempted to move to the low thc if my disease continues to worsen.

I agree with this. My wife has sleeping problems due to anxiety and it's improved after moving to over to CBD oil.

It is natural so it's worth a try. Look up the new FDA rules in the works. The problem I'd you have to research to makes sure it is from a responsible and reliable source. They measure carefully and the dosage it always the same. There are about 8 approved companies so far.

I know CBD works for pain and THC for some types of inflammation, but I'm not sure about the usage of hemp oil. Look at what's in it. CBN/CBG come from whole plant (hemp) material and is purported to have medicinal benefits, but I have seen no research.

Do you understand why this plant (hemp) and its cousin 'marijuana' were made illegal in the first place? It was nothing to do with it being a dangerous plant....it was more dangerous to the pharmaceutical industry's bottom line. Hemp also threatened the petrochemical industry. You can make just about anything from hemp...fabric, plastic, rope, bio-fuel, medicine and health foods. If the world was full of hemp plastic, then the marine creatures could eat it safely and in our landfill it would be naturally bio-degradable, non polluting.

Cannabinoids are naturally occurring substances in these plants that work with the body so there are no dangerous side effects. It is not addictive and there is no record of anyone ever dying from an overdose of cannabis. It is way less dangerous than alcohol or tobacco, but these are not illegal and cost so many people their health and their lives.

This plant was demonized by evil men because it had been used effectively in medicine for thousands of years. Only when patent medicines were put on the market was public perception about this wonder 'drug' manipulated so as to make it into the most dangerous plant in existence in their minds. They convinced governments to ban it, so that now, when so many people have discovered its benefits, they are are still trying to keep it out of the hands of the public. It is shameful! And those in the legal profession need to get themselves educated because the public is, and their actions in prosecuting people for using or possessing this plant as a God-given medicine is disgraceful. It helps kids with intractable epilepsy....it cures some cancers in humans and animals and makes the side effects of chemotherapy tolerable....it treats neurological disorders like Parkinson's Disease and a range of other illnesses with no unwanted side effects.
It can be used to get addicts off other drugs because it is not addictive.

It treats PTSD like nothing else....so, why are they holding it back? Because they want to cash in on it so that they can make their own 'altered' chemical version of it and charge people a fortune for the "medicine". It won't work of course because this is a 'whole plant' medicine. All of the components work together to produce the results. This is driven purely by greed.

All the research they need has already been done. Israel is leading the way. The public is waking up. Its been there all along and literally millions of people have suffered and died to make drug companies rich. Everyone should be able to grow this medicine in their own garden. It isn't to get them "high" but to make them well.....something many in the orthodox medical system don't want. :(

I agree with you 100 percent @Deeje . The problem I run into in my part of the country is that there are still people here that believe the old movie "Reefer Madness" is a documentary.

Saddest bit of propaganda ever!!! People just don't know how manipulated their perceptions are. The media was our only source of information in days gone by. But we all have access to a superhighway of information today that was not available decades ago......we have a choice about what we are spoon fed by the media. We can check these things out for ourselves and stop believing that these "legal" drug pushers have anything to gain but our hard earned cash. They don't really give a hoot about our health. As long as we stay sick, they stay in business. o_O

Who are the real drug dealers? :( The ones who are killing thousands of people every year with "legal" but deadly drugs....estimated to be over 45,000 a year just in the USA alone.

No one has ever died from an overdose of cannabis....

In Mexico they sell a topical oil that consists of cannabis, cocaine and peyote... I know because a coworker of mine just got questioned for having a bottle of it at the airport in Mexico when returning to America. His farher in law uses it for his arthritis -apparently it works very well... But don't drink it! It might kill you..!

...You just rub it on your skin.

Go Ask Alice was a fake anti drug book movie but I and many young women still love it though it was made in the early 70s.

You have cannabinoid receptors all over your body, including your skin. I have seen it treat and even cure all kinds of skin conditions. This plant was put here by God as medicine....it was taken away by greedy humans because it worked too well.

No.. banning MJ was racist.. Mexican migrant workers used it and black musicians in NYC used it.

Calling cannabis "marijuana" was racially motivated. It was declared to be something dangerous from 'across the border'....and to associate the "locoweed" used by the Mexican immigrants and black musicians with satanic music and bad behavior, they wanted to ban all its usage. The only real difference was in the way it was used. As a recreational drug it caused problems, (like any other abused substance) but as a medicine it was extremely beneficial as the medical profession was already aware. When patent medicines became lucrative, cannabis was a threat to their bottom line because they could not patent a plant.....so they set out to paint it in a very bad light.

Demonisation doesn't care how it works, as long as it works......they will sacrifice the truth. Add lots of scare mongering and bingo! They got away with banning a harmless and beneficial plant that anyone could grow in their own garden and turned it into the worst gateway drug in existence. It never was....tobacco and alcohol filled that position.....both of these cause more harm in society than cannabis ever could, but both are still legal.

People are only now waking up to the deception that has kept them unwell and suffering needlessly for the last 70 years.
As this present world system collapses, God promised that he would expose the rot.....

    2 Peter 3:10....
"But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, the elements will melt in the intense heat, and the earth and the works in it will be exposed." (MOUNCE Interlinear)

Before God brings an end to this mess.....all the institutions in which we were persuaded to put our trust, will be exposed as manipulative and out to feather their own nests at our expense. 1 John 5:19 and 1 Timothy 6:9-10 tell us why.

This I believe is very obvious now.

You're both right, it was a racial thing, a monetary thing, (competition didn't want it), and even a moral thing.

Just to be clear.....hemp is not marijuana.....hemp is a wonder plant related to marijuana that can be used industrially as well as medicinally. Having no THC to get anyone "high" this plant was no good for recreational users but could have been used in the manufacture of fabric, plastic, rope, bio-fuel and any number of other applications.

The petro-chemical industry saw hemp as a rival for their petroleum based products which as we know are choking this planet to death. A world with hemp based products would have been vastly different to the one we have now. Non-polluting, bio-degradable, affordable and easily grown, it would have contributed only good things environmentally....but it was demonized along with its 'cousin' marijuana.

The "love of money" again showing little regard for the long term consequences, and concentrating only on the short term gain for themselves. When will people wake up to what's going on?
