if the universe were to collapse and regenerate, would love come again? always being?

The collapse would come from love restrained. The regeneration would come from love set free.

Is love always being? Yes. Like the light of a lamp in a closed box. The light still exists, it is "always being". Close the box = collapse. Open the box = regeneration.

What gets confusing is trying to determine whether or not closing the box is for the greater good? Is closing the box moral? No human knows for sure.

In an Eastern perspective, Brahma is born and goes to sleep. Brahma's sleep is where the universe ceases to exist (mahapralaya). Divinity, who's essence is love, is always reborn.

Micah 4:4
Everyone will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for the Lord Almighty has spoken.

Zechariah 3:10
“‘In that day each of you will invite your neighbor to sit under your vine and fig tree,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
