No, he doesn't. Christianity is just as nasty in its books, and Muslims are instructed to the Bible just as they are the Quran. But, most Muslims, like most Christians, don't really get into that whole "my way or death" sort of mentality. They don't even know it's actually a part of what their books command.
But, if you want to prove you are at war with Muslims, as a whole, and prime even more for radicalization, do not be my guest. They too are people, and we can't deport an entire religion over a number of reasons, the most obvious being that banning stuff has never worked. The best way to fight something is to not give it oxygen and let it's flames die out, rather than flaming and fueling them by giving what you are fighting more attention, especially when you are making people more likely to approach your target sympathetically when all you do is berate the entire population.

The very fact we have such radical splits in Christian denominations, such the Hellfire and brimstone Southern Baptist to the charity-working LBGT-affirming churches proves you can have one without the other.
