bacon, sardines, jerky, cilantro, worms, white chocolate (worst of all).

Your dedication to my dietary needs is touching.

Many years ago i had to discover what cilantro meant. Don't have it here, the closest i could find was coriander. Wonderful with a nice lamb korai

Cilantro...I have mixed feelings about it.
In salsa, I get a hint of detergent in the smell.
But it's interesting in west lake soup (Chinese).

So what are you doing for your birthday?


Traditionally the kids treat me to a Thai restaurant meal (dad pays and the kids like Thai food), but its only doing take away during the lock down so they have decided to cook dinner.

The kitchen is pandemonium although i am sure all will be all right on the night.

It was decided last week that they would make turbot with tarragon sauce. I think that's what they are cooking. We will see
