@BSM1 I looked at the article. Its...Ok. Its an Ok house, but I've worked on truly posh houses costing in the 10s of millions. I know they would be unhappy in a more posh house. Its cozy, doesn't echo. Its very nice and as an investment property should pay for itself when they leave.

There are 2 possibilities...
1) They don't believe AGW is really happening.
It's just a political tool. Or....
2) Royalty is above such concerns.

Uhhhmm...I was more interested in the TWENTY-NINE ACRES of ocean front on the property.

3) Waterfront property is like an overvalued stock. You play hot potato with it.
