What book(s) must I read to get information about the Gopis of Radha-Krishna, their names, how they look like, how they dress, their families, etc.?

Singing Krishna, when sound becomes sight.

Honestly, maybe just go to like goodreads or book depository and type Krishna in the search bar

Jai Shri KRshNa

You can find that information in VaishNav literature written by the 6 Goswamis, which are theatre-plays and the 3rd is a bhAv-purNa story

1. Vidagdha MAdhav
2. Lalita-MAdhav
3. BRhat-BhagvatAmrut

The smriti-shastra that comes closest is
1. Garga Samhita
2. Bramha-vaivarta purAN

although it may not have the names.

It is said that the shaD-Goswami (the 6 goswamis that were disciples Chaitanya Mahaprabhu), were vraja-Gopis from the time of KRshNa-avatAr who had taken birth again in Kali Yuga (17th century) out of compassion for mankind, to teach bhakti.

I found this website to be the best for quick information.

Gopi Gita - The Song of the longing heart with commentary by Sri Swami Vishwananda
A retelling of a small part of the 10th canto of the Bhagavata Purana called Gopi Gita. Personally I‘m wary of Vishwananda‘s overly emotional style but here it fits well.

Brhat-BhagvatAmrut
If that‘s the same as Brhad-Bhagavatamrta, the gopis do appear in it in Part II, but it doesn‘t offer so much detailed information about the gopis because in Part II, it‘s more focused on Krishna as a child. A Gaudiya Vaishnava text.

Sri Ujjvala-Nilamani of Rupa Gosvami
Also A Gaudiya Vaishnava text.
