1137; Ah my friend - gnosis - does not come from books mate - has to be directly experienced
As to the Ophites specifically - well - they were all part of that religious confusion that swept the world after the Hebrews murdered our mate Christ...They didnt quite understand - and ended up despising the world of matter and the lesser god Yhvh - but that was never Christ truth - not really - but it is a slanted view of the things He taught..
They placed great emphasis on the "snake in Eden" for example - but fail to realsie this is a metaphor for KUNDALINI as it is known elsewhere - an entirely legitimate phenomena - and I will tell you Kundalini is actually also the HOLY GHOST which is also an entirely legitimate phenomena....... Rather than read of Ophites - who were clinging still to old Hebrew heritage and tradition - it would may be best to stick to the things Christ said directly - original disciple gospels - and perhaps read up indeed on Kundalini itself to help see that whole "garden of Eden" event in a clearer Light..
