are all invented is p^(1 000 000), where p is the probability of
inventing a god.

There are billions of storybook characters in the world. Let's say there are 10 billion. Therefore the odds that they are all invented is p^(10 000 000 000), where p is the probability of inventing a god.

Therefore it is far more likely that a storybook character is real than your God.
