We just had some of the goat stew that I started preparing at 5:00AM this morning. It was excellent.

Still, I wish I understood why halal goat is suddenly more expensive than halal lamb.

Now that you mention it, I've had lamb curry on numerous occasions but I don't recall ever having goat curry -- despite that fact that I live just a few blocks away from an Indian restaurant that has it on the menu. I'm slipping ...
