Omaima Abdi lost her mobile phone which contained overwhelming evidence of her involvement with ISIS.She was born in Tunisia.Naturally, the German government allowed her to return to Germany after spending more than three years supporting the ISIS government.
Has this been a failure of the system to detect returning ISIS brides?
