Attorney General Merrick B. Garland Delivers Remarks on the Appointment of a Special Counsel
Washington, DC
~
Friday, November 18, 2022

Good afternoon.

I am here today to announce the appointment of a Special Counsel in connection with two ongoing criminal investigations that have received significant public attention.

The first, as described in court filings in the District of Columbia, is the investigation into whether any person or entity unlawfully interfered with the transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election or the certification of the Electoral College vote held on or about January 6, 2021.

The second is the ongoing investigation involving classified documents and other presidential records, as well as the possible obstruction of that investigation, referenced and described in court filings in a pending matter in the Southern District of Florida.

First the bad news, IMO. It will take up to two years for this Counsel to assemble his team and pick up the investigations. Justice delayed. Also, Special Counsels have been fired in the past at the order of the President (Nixon and the Saturday Night Massacre.) You can bet your bottom dollar that if Desatanist or, God forbid, the Orange Jesus get elected, that Counsel is gone. We will never get indictments of those who were involved in aiding and abetting the attack on the Capitol or in the Fake Electors Scheme.

Now the good news.....erm....sorry. Not coming up with anything at the moment.

The justice system fails to dispense justice? I'm shocked!

This is in response to the new House Republican Majority saying they will investigate President Biden and the Biden Family, on charges of influence peddling, starting in January. The Hunter Biden laptop had plenty of data that suggested that President Biden was the "big guy" in those business dealings.

It appears there was also intrigue before the 2020 election, when the FBI was given the laptop and buried it using the tired ole Russian disinformation excuse. This will also be investigated to find out who was being protected. The Committee seeks to learn if Biden colluded or is still colluding with Russia and China via his family dealings. The world is a little on edge due to Russia and China military moves and we don't need Biden a part of that; firewall him in.

If you recall, Collusion was what the Democrats accused Trump of doing in 2016 and after. I wonder if this has come full circle to the beginning of collusion; Obama and Biden White House. Obama and Biden were in charge when the power of government was used to wire tap, then candidate Trump at Trump Towers. This is where the Russian collusion idea first appears to the public. It was used as an excuse to stretch the law worse than Nixon. They also got caught.

Members of Nixon's staff wire tapped the Watergate Hotel and that is still considered a serious abuse of power even if done by amateurs. The Obama and Biden Administration will now hold the new record, since loyalist professionals in the FBI and CIA did the same things, all justified with what was known to be bad intel. This entire spying network, was never investigated, in the context of the full chain of command up to the President, as was done with Nixon. Why is that?

The heads of the FBI and CIA reported to Obama and Biden, daily, and none of these top level leaders had any clue? This is hard to believe. I can see how the idea of a good offense being a good defense came into play. This explains the charges of Trump and Russian collusion, even though this was the nature of the Biden Family business.

What does this have to do with the OP?

I have no trouble with there being an investigation into such matters, but it's important not to draw a conclusion prior to it as so many on the right have done, especially on Fox.

If you recall, Collusion was what the Democrats accused Trump of doing in 2016 and after.
The Mueller Investigation was not on collusion as he stated. Did Trump have conversations with Russians? Yes, and at least two were without any other American being there or listening in, which is a violation of protocol. So, why would Trump do this if there was no attempt of at least some collusion on something? And why did Trump announce at a rally that Russia should release Hillary's e-mails and exactly that same evening they did? Doesn't that get you suspicious in the least?

The Obama and Biden Administration will now hold the new record, since loyalist professionals in the FBI and CIA did the same things, all justified with what was known to be bad intel.
What evidence do you have of that? Are you even slightly aware of the fact that Obama didn't release any of the Steele Dossier?
