Freedom of not owning any physical objects

I think the hardest things to lose are not the tangible, physical things. The cars, the homes, the businesses -- all easy compared to losing one's hopes, dreams, and -- most significantly -- one's basic, foundational beliefs about the nature of life and the world. The intangibles are what, in the end, we cling to most of all.

My aunt's ashes would be one of the few hardest things to let go. I lost my urn necklace and surprisingly, I'm not upset. I would have been two years ago Feb when she passed. I guess you can keep some things in moderation.
