For Dharmics: What are Nanakpathis and Ravidassis ?

What are Nanakpathis ? How can they be Hindus as Guru Nanak said he is monotheistic and does not condone idolatry?

If the Ravidassi believe Ravidass was a Guru then are they a type of Sikh ? What is the difference between Ravidass as a Guru (as the Ravidass believe) and Ravidass as a Bhagat (as most Sikhs believe)?

I think it is a sort of a loose group of followers of Guru Nanak, whose teachings are revered by both Sindhi Hindus and muslims as opposed to Khalsa Sikhism which is more of an organised religion with established rules and rituals.

Monotheism is also an aspect of the Hindu religion, and there are monotheistic sects like Arya Samaj, Brahmo Samaj, Lingayats, Kabir Panthis, Prajapita Brahmakumaris who worship God as incorporeal.
