Fideo Loco

Does anyone have a recipe for fideo loco with ground meat and veggies in it? Had some at a restaurant and can't find a recipe so I know which spices to use. Your help will be greatly appreciated! My 94 year old Mother loved it and I would like to make it for her. The restaurant features Monterrey style food.

Recipe? I've always just used leftover chili of any kind served on angel hair pasta for it.
(My son loves it!)

A local restaurant near us serves a soup called fideo loco...My Mother loves it and I want to make it for her....it has ground meat, carrots, diced potatoes, bits of corn and fideo. It's the seasoning I'm curious about. The owners say it's food is Monterrey style. Everyone there speaks Spanish so it's difficult to communicate with them.
