I saw the word started with Pneumo so I could at least understand that it contained the greek word for breath. I just don't understand why people come up with these long names unless it is for a joke.
Medical terms often sounds greek :p and i do not read greek

Been there a few times, north wales was a handy day out.

Its easier to say Llanfairpggogogoch

Pronounced. Clan-fair-p-g-go-go-goc.

Most residents look offended but accept the butchering of their town name
