Facebook don't approved my identity in mobile!

HELLO ALL.
I have problem log in to my Facebook account. In my mobile Oppo.
My account 2009.
I could log in by PC but when try by mobile. Ask me to approve identity reject my answers !!!

Its can't approved identity in mobile not working!
Approved identity by number and email and comments. Just PC. But mobile NO

It's like Facebook don't want me access by mobile!?

If you delete the app, the regular browser page should come up. Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the Facebook app?

Not working.
Even by browser. Same problem.
