I thought your were questioning the worship of Jesus, in which case Christian worship is directed to God in the name of or through Jesus.
One is supposed to be baptized in the Father's, the son's, and the Spirit's name; which makes all created beings God's children.
A graven image is what God created; when he created man.
Deuteronomy 4:15 is pretty clear on not worshipping any formed thing.

God's can have form but God doesn't have form.
Everything formed in the universe is formed by the universe but it's has no form because it is constantly changing
