Hey, never say it can’t get any worse. It can! There’s no rock bottom in this world other than death or being permanently comatose in a vegetative state. The good news is that today is a new day along with the choice to succumb to our addictions or not. Here’s hoping today is a better day for you!Ever been rock bottom?

Mine was mixing bipolar schizoaffective disorder with drugs and alcohol. BAD combo!
