Most have 2 to 3 plus cars at a house or apt. It's not feasible nor practical with just one outlet.

Plus some time in the future oil may be appropriately taxed. If that ever happens gas will be very expensive.

For the honeymoon incentive heavy promotion period it will temporarily be cheaper.

Once people are locked in and dependant , electric costs will be intentionally skyrocketed to accommodate all insider traders benefited by the forced mandates with people having no alternative choices elsewhere.

Essentially its setting people up to be milked dry of their money.
