Don't just do something, sit there

Buddha found enlightenment sitting. He was busy with nothing. His mind was totally still and in the present moment. In silence and stillness you will hear the voice within you and the answers will come. Look for the answers within and not without. Don't be too busy. The best thing you can do is just sit there.

Meditation is the purest form of introspection; which leads to personal understanding of one's self as well as the world around one's self. Why do you think Thoreau was alone in the wilderness with his small cabin? Wisdom often derives from quiet reflection.
