    • Finding God.
    • Finding the cause of creation.
My question to science is.. what’s the difference between ?

    If there’s NO difference.
Than my question is.. does science believe in God ?

Science is a methodology; it doesn't "believe" in anything.

    Cause and effect
    the foundation of science

you have no experiment without that relationship

but in the case of believing in God.....
the experiment won't fit in the petri dish
and all you CAN do is think about it

and we have the Big Bang to consider

Science believes what it finds evidence of. If it found a god it would no doubt put him under a microscope.

Science is interested in "how?" not "who?"

So, tell the difference between finding cause of creation vs finding God.

Well this also confirms that scientists believe in God.

    Depends on the individual scientist.

It depends. If you are talking about a creation story then we are talking about myth, If you are talking about how life came to be on the Earth then you have the methodology of science that helps understand how nature works and our connection with it. If you are talking about a god or goddess then you are talking about a personal belief. Myths and personal beliefs cannot be tested with the scientific method. How nature works and how we came into existence and our relationship to the rest of life can be tested through science. Science has no place in understanding a god or goddess unless you see them as aspects of nature.

Individual scientists believe what they will outside their discipline.
The OP? Science believes what it observes or finds evidence of. As soon as it finds evidence of God it'll believe in God.

Science has no reason to expect an invisible magician. So far it's never found magic to be the cause of anything. It works on the premise that there's a natural explanation for everything.
Science can't investigate the inexplicable. Magic is inexplicable.

How are you getting that? There's no evidence for God, and science doesn't believe in magic.

    NOT asking how science works.

My question is .. how science works differently on these two aspects ?

    • Finding God
    • Finding cause of creation
