Does California really want to boycott Arizona?

Why don't we just let the supreme court rule on the Arizona's new law and leave it at that?

Because that would be giving away a portion of the citizen's political power, I guess. People can and should discuss such matters at street level, don't you agree?

California - what a joke. The Greece of the United States.
Ah, good ol' Texas: A state known for it's high tolerance of others which is evident by the Confederate flag that so many of them love showing off.

Do you really want start comparing states in our country to the follies of certain European countries? That's not a game you're going to win. :cover:

Could lead to some interesting tourism slogans ...

Texas: Like Romania, but with rodeos.

South Carolina: The Moldova of the South.

I have been due to go on a rant, California should keep their nose out of Arizona's business.

If they want to slug it out in the mud with boycotts, the door swings both ways.

Why don't we just let the supreme court rule on the Arizona's new law and leave it at that?

Don't bite the hand that feeds you. We are the 5th biggest economy in the world. 25 cents of every dollar we pay in Federal Taxes leave our state and never come back. You Red states would live like 3 world countries if it was not for California.

That's ok, if they kick us out or we sink into the ocean like some of them want us to, and their dollar starts becoming the equivalent to a peso, they'll just blame liberals and illegal immigrants like they do everything else.

Anti-California people amuse me, especially when they accuse our state "piggy-backing" off of states like Texas, as I've seen mentioned a few times on this board. :cover:

Alaska: It's like Antarctica, only with....well one has polar bears and permanent residents.

Not that Arizona has the power to cut off Los Angeles in the first place, but assuming that it's even true, this brings to mind the commerce clause of the constitution. Gives the Federal government a great ammunition to step in and kick some ***. The Fed could already sue since the state immigration law conflicts with the national prerogative, but this is just feeding that fire even further.
