That's not when I became more talkative. It was before that.

As that passage says, you get "days of blissful joy, of heavenly delight." You cannot get that without a belief in God.
That said, I still have not gotten it with a belief in God but I have faith and the patience of Job.

Sorry Duane, I hate Zoom. Why people want to look at other people on the computer screen is beyond me. o_O:confused:

    Zoom confuses me, too.

I like the phone. We can talk, and I can walk around, and do stuff. I can even leave the house and keep the conversation going.

But I suspect people will object if I head to the bathroom while on Zoom...

I am so glad to hear that things are getting better for you. As I recall, Covid-19 has been causing you much grief.

I feel the same way about the phone. Other than in person I only want to talk on the phone. Zoom is like people in your house.

I cannot go outside because I have a land line corded phone, but I can walk around the house because the cord is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry long.

The lock downs were frustrating and slowing things down, but I'm getting back to where I was.

Most people like their cell phones but not land lines, especially corded ones :D

Those two new iphones I got in June are still in the box. It took an act of congress just to transfer my phone numbers from Verizon to xfinity mobile and have the Verizon service cancelled, but I have no idea how to activate the iphones. Luckily one of our old cell phones is still working with one of the phone numbers that was transferred to my xfinity mobile account. I do not even want to use the stupid iphones so I am going to the xfinity store as soon as I have time to see if they can reactivate my other old cell phone. Meanwhile we have one cell phone and since my husband never goes out we don't need two cell phones.

I've got a flip phone. :) We thought about a land line, but it was too expensive.

Flip phones, I have not seen those in years. :D

We get the land line as part of the xfinity triple play package (phone + TV + internet) so it does not cost much extra. I have to have a land line since we are in the country and the cell phone does not work very well inside the house and I need a phone for incoming work phone calls.

That's how I got my first cell phone. Moved out of my parents amd the plan was my roommates and I would split landline, but we quickly learned a cell phone is cheaper than a landline.

Since I started this thread I am going to say something about my lifestyle -- creatures everywhere, inside and outside! All I do is see and hear creatures. I am somewhat conflicted over whether I like all the outdoor creatures or not, but they are here to stay since they have taken over my entire property! And I worry that if we ever moved who would feed and water them, and that is one reason I cannot move.

Delight is delight. 'Heavenly delight' and 'blissful joy' seem to be an advertising blurbs, like heavenly ice-cream. Is this how you sell your brand?

Hi @Trailblazer! Great question. Yes, I love my lifestyle. In both my professional and personal life I’m having an awesome time and doing well. I did change my lifestyle quite a bit some time ago after I got divorced. But those were all good changes. Sorry to brag lol. Hope you’re doing well. Talk soon.

So interesting. I can't even get my husband to agree to being snowbirds. Good luck with your difficult renter.

I'm retired, it's great to have more time for hobbies, and not having to rush around.

I am not trying to sell anything, even though buyers keep knocking on my door asking me about my product. ;)
