Just browsing the web and found this site that has a load of stretches for most parts of the body.

Not sure if the photo on the front page is a recommended pose - maybe only if you are a yoga freak :)

You simply click on whatever part of the body is sore and you will get some good tips about making muscles &
joints stronger & more flexible. I guarantee it :)

Stretches are good particularly before going to bed for the legs.

Tart Cherry capsules are helpful in reducing the causes of joint and muscle pain. Potassium deficiency particularly in the summer and heavy exercise can cause cramps and pain.
