Do You Drive? Get A Dash Cam

They're so cheap these days. Bad drivers who
lie about accidents abound. And cops often
believe the liars over the truthful....unless one
can prove one's case with video footage.

Enjoy...

Oh, some things to learn from such
accident videos....
- Keep your distance from the traffic ahead.
You never know when you might have to
quickly stop.
- If you see someone driving badly, take
evasive action before anything goes wrong.
Often, I just back off on the gas when I smell
trouble ahead.
- Watch out at intersections where someone
might run a red light. (I learned that the hard
way a few decades ago when an uninsured
unlicensed distracted gal T-boned Mr Red Truck.)
- When someone cuts you off...back off.
- Cultivate a mild case of paranoia.
(Sometimes they really are out to get ya.)

Avoid getting angry.

Oh, get a dash cam that allows you to play
the recording immediately for a cop willing
to see it.

Tiz still possible to fit a rear view one though... Isn't it?
Possible.
A forward facing camera is easy to install,
& the most useful of all options, eg, can
swivel towards a cop at the window.
But others are more of a hassle, & have
less utility. So I draw the line where I have.

The Sum of Awe

Brought to you by the moment that spacetime began.
I've only been in 1 collision and 3 accidents (including a deer) in my entire decade of driving, and they've all been my fault.

Well, at least I was honest.
