Do Taliban and IS get along ?

In theory they both want the same thing

Taliban hosted bin Laden and Ayman Al Zawahiri

IS-K and ISIS/ISIL came about because they preferred Zarqawi/Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi to Ayman al Zawahiri

Honestly, what is the difference between the Deobandi and Salafi beliefs as they're both Sunnib?

It's not like they're different parties in a democracy: they want the same thing.

Unless there's a difference between Salafism and Deobandism ? I don't know why Salafi and Wahhabi are interchangeable but apparently Deobandi is different to them.

This is why I'm often perceived antagonistic to Islam
