DISCOURSE ON THE RIGHT TO RELIGIOUS FREEDOM:

All should respect religious freedom, and everyone should have an absolute right to same. As some have noted, some religions, when they are in power fail to respect this basic human right. This is a crime against humanity.

We have all seen what happens when this basic human right is not respected. The Inquisitions and Genocides against others committed by a counterfeit Christian organization against others. This resulted in burnings at the stake of individuals who did not believe as these Counterfeit Christians in many countries in Europe and the cutting out of the unborn child from pregnant women in Goa and elsewhere by the same group of Counterfeit Christians.

Their victims were charged with the bogus crime of Heresy which is defined by the dictionary as "an opinion contrary to orthodox opinion, teaching, or belief" (Webster New Standard Dictionary). What this all means is two fold. First, it means that this is just a vailed name for denying the basic human right of freedom of belief because he/she does not agree with you. Second, it means the group committing attrocieies is a fradulent group since our Savior Jesus (Yeshua) Christ clearly showed at Matthew 22:36-40, "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 And he said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second like [unto it] is this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 40 On these two commandments the whole law hangeth, and the prophets." (American Standard Bible; ASV). Now since God (YHWH) is love as shown at 1 John 4:8, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." (ASV). Thus if one has love in his heart he/she would NOT deny others religious freedom and/or commit attrocities against him.

Let's look at the unloving attrocities committed against others by groups fraudulently claiming to true worshippers of God (YHWH) and/or of his Son, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ under the veil of the bogos charge of Heresy.

Finally, the person who refuses submission to the Roman Pontiff, whom Vatican I defined as having a universal primacy of authority over the whole Church, is at least a material schismatic. This was set forth by Thomas Aquinas in the case of Catholicism as one holding of a belief that is in fundamental disagreement with the established teachings or doctrines of that organization. Now let's look in brief at some examples of crimes against humanity in direct contradiction of true Christianity fraudulently committed in the name of our Savior Jesus (Yeshua) Christ that the organization in no way REALLY represented.

The Church (RCC) has always fought in favor of orthodoxy and the Pope's authority as the successor of St. Peter to establish truth, which is of course a fraudulent claim. At various times in history, it has had varying degrees of power to resist or punish heretics.

In the early church, heresies were sometimes determined by a council of bishops, or ecumenical council, such as the First Council of Nicaea. The orthodox position was established at the council, and all who failed to adhere to it would thereafter be considered heretics. The church had little power to actually punish heretics in the early years, other than by excommunication, a spiritual punishment. To those who accepted it, an excommunication was the worst form of punishment possible, as it separated the individual from the body of Christ, his Church, and prevented salvation. Excommunication, or even the threat of excommunication, was enough to convince many a heretic to renounce his views. Priscillian achieved the distinction of becoming the first Christian burned alive for heresy in 385 at Treves.

In later years, the Church instituted the Inquisition, an official body charged with the suppression of heresy. The Inquisition was active in several nations of Europe, particularly where it had fervent support from the civil authority. The Albigensian Crusade [actually a genocide, the killing of over 1 million men, women, and children] of (1209-1229) was part of the Roman Catholic Church's efforts to crush the Cathars. It is linked to the movement now known as the Medieval Inquisition. The Spanish Inquisition was particularly brutal in its methods, which included the burning at the stake of many heretics.

Perhaps the last person to be burned alive at the stake on orders from Rome was Giordano Bruno, executed in 1600 for a collection of heretical beliefs including Copernicanism [the belief that the earth traveled around the sun as it truly does]. One particularly heinous crime against humanity was the case of John Hus, 1415 marks the Martyrdom of Jan Hus, Czech reformer, who was condemned for heresy and burned at the stake because of his outspoken appeals for church reform and for political and religious rights for the common people.

Conclusion, all should respect the religious freedom of others and recognize also the difference between fraudulent so called Christian organizations who do NOT do so NOR follow the Laws and Principles of God (YHWH) as stated in his written word the Holy Bible; and true Christians that do follow the Laws and Principles of God (YHWH) and do NOT commit atrocities against others who believe differently than they do.
