Fiesta Burgers
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 cup Saltine cracker crumbs (21 crackers)
1/4 cup Taco Sauce
2 teaspoons minced onion (can be dried)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb ground beef (can substitute)
Mix above well
Form into patties
Brown on both sides.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 15oz. can mexi-beans, drained
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilis
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pour soup over meat.
Top with beans and chilies.
Cook covered over low heat for 10 min.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and heat until cheese melts.
Barbeque Ribs (beef or pork)
Boil ribs in pan of 1/2 strong coffee and 1/2 water
for about 1 hour, until done.
Put on grill with your favorite barbeque sauce, basting and turning regularly
until outside is a good brown.
These will have a smoky, yet barbeque flavor that is to die for!
