What I had highlighted, you are only partially right.

Genesis’ 5th day actually say that both marine life and birds were created at the same time.



It is scientifically wrong about birds appearing at the same time marine life, and wrong about birds appearing before all land animals.

The questions are:

Did you simply forgot about the creation of birds occurring at the same time as fishes and other sea life?

Or did you ignore and hoped that no one would notice that you have deliberately left something out?

How Genesis is written is highly symbolic, and at times, quite annoying.
What Genesis says is that life first appeared on land (now accepted as
of 2019) and then lists a number of land creatures. Then does the same
for the sea.
It's like saying "Columbus discovered the New World in 1492 and this
new land became a mighty nation." Uh... this continent didn't become
a might nation in 1492.
But for sure, birds DID come out of the sea. For thousands of years
bible reading people thought that was stupid.

Birds are dinosaurs.
Dinosaurs come from reptiles
Reptiles come from amphibians
Amphibians come crossopterygians (kind of lung fish)
Crossopterygians come from fish
Fish come from the sea.
