Since (at very least) the 18th Century, mankind has believed that we are the intelligence behind causes.
Sounds like you got the same dvd as me.There is no place we see where any mythology has had any hand in any part of evolution of any animal.
Intelligence is something we see in natural evolutionary processes, starting small and primitive, and slowly evolving into more and more until we reach todays state.
