Harris is a constitutional scholar of the
means-whatever-I-damn-well-want
school of thought.

Constitutional scholar must mean the guys who do whatever it takes to create loopholes... or just plain holes to stick the dynamite in... to blow the whole thing to hades... and America along with it.

Which constitution? The one the founding fathers gave us? Or the one the Corporation in DC cobbled together? Once the Fed was created, the Constitution by the people was almost a thing of myth. And when we the people became the tax to pay interest on war debt, the Constitution became a sick joke.
But it's still there... waiting

We the people establish the Constitution. It's pretty clear that the elected elite won't do it.

I favor the Constitution as currently amended
(originalist interpretation).

Some conversations are not worth continuing.
Tis good to recognize this sooner than later.

My perseverance didn't help you, did it. I'm sorry for that.
I'm the sort of person who thinks that even if my enemy doesn't
hear what I'm saying, maybe some one will. The truth needs to be told.

By you? OK. Let's hear it.

Oh wait, you don't converse with people like me.

Defects in Ratification of the 16th Amendment

It’s time to tell the truth; the 14th amendment was never ratified.

The Federal Reserve Act. The Constitution doesn't delegate its right to coin money.
Those who are not voted in by we the people are acting without supervision of we the people... which makes every one of their actions illegal.
Interesting.
It's all rather complicated for me.
But a friend just got out of prison recently for his fight with the IRS.
(Fed court didn't buy his argument of unconstitutionality.)

Shades of Willie Nelson.

Some say that US-D.C. is a corporation.

The Act of 1871: The “United States” Is a Corporation – There are Two Constitutions

I disagree with their consent idea... It's not consent, it's a hostile take-over.
But really, the Constitution is still there. It didn't go anywhere.
Some new things were stapled on without our consent... that makes them illegal.
Unenforceable when it comes right down to it. ... Who knows what the future holds?

I'm familiar with this one.
It's a misreading of "incorporation", which means inclusion,
eg, the "incorporation doctrine", which is about applicability
of the Bill Of Rights to the states, not just federal government.
