It's a really good point. Cause, being a Sith Lord means, you can actually enjoy the cookies. The Jedi, nah, not so much.

That's a totally Christian attitude, though.

Actually, you could ask him to make you a senator instead. That way, there would be less risk. Darth Sidious lost how many apprentices before he got Vader? And Darth Vader was a special case - all those midichlorians and such. But he had to go to all sorts of far-flung places around the galaxy and do acts of evil and so forth.

But it would be much easier to be a senator. All you'd have to do is vote the way Palpatine wants you to, perhaps make a few speeches praising Palpatine's leadership. And then you can hang out on Corusent and enjoy a life of comfort, luxury, and ease.
