Twilight Hue
Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
The black Americans suing to reclaim their Native American identity
Givin the recent debates and discussions regarding black identity, it compelled me to wonder about reservations and blacks, and discovered issues exist even with Native Americans quite by chance.
This article was very interesting to read involving the Creek Nation and noticed that even with Native Americans, there is little known history to be had here as it applies with the need for cultural identity and recognition.
The thing I want to discuss is the issue of identity and place. Is it important to keep things like this preserved in view of history, or should there be a more homogenous solution that would eliminate the need for identity and the associated issues that comes with it?
Either way its thought provoking.
