Cosmic gas between noble Quran & Science

قال تعالى​

ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ​

سورة فصلت الآية 11​

Thumma istawa ila alssamai wahiya dukhanun faqala laha walilardi itiya tawAAan aw karhan qalata atayna taiAAeena​

The above mentioned verse from noble Quran (chapter 54 verse 11 ), describe initial creation of skies which where ( dukhanun)​

Which was transalated as smoke. Smoke qualify part of translation, but for me other parts include vapour, gas, hot gas, fume ect​
