How many people already got the vaccine here? I am registered to get it at home. I have stairs and dealing with obesity mobility issues I am not sure I can walk our stairs yet so, they just started in Dallas coming to peoples home who are stuck in their house and I registered for it

Has anyone gotten an allergic reaction from it or sick?

Had the first 2 months ago, Pfizer, no reaction whatsoever. Partner had none either. Due 2nd soon.

I took a couple of paracetamol before and again 4 hours later. Also doubled with vitamin D3 and zinc supplements for a few days either side.

I felt a bit achy and feverish for 24hrs after vaccination, as I have done in the past for other vaccinations I needed for international travel. Nothing that a day of rest and some paracetamol can't deal with.

But if you are overweight you really don't want to get this virus, so well done for organising to get vaccinated.

My wife and I both got ours. The Pfizer version.

I didn't have any issues with either vaccination, with the exception of bad joint pain after the first one. Second was cake.

My wife tolerated neither vaccine dose well. But has since recovered. But she also almost succumbed to covid pneumonia already, so we know the virus devastates her body.

I've had both Pfizer shots. A little tender at the injection site, and I felt a little tired for a day. Otherwise it was fine both times.

I had my first AZ vaccination on 6th Feb and received my second AZ vaccination today. My wife will soon get her second jab.
Everyone over 50 where I live has had the vaccine now and I haven't heard of a single problem.

I got both Pfizer shots - nothing very much except sore arm and feeling a bit off for a day. My wife got both Moderna shots and had no side-effects.

I got both Pfizer shots. I had *mild* soreness at the injection site and no other problems. It was nothing compared to the usual flu vaccine.

My wife got her second Moderna shot. She was very tired after the first one and slept with strange dreams. After her second, she was run down and not able to do her usual exercise routine. No other effects.

NB: Since i do have allergies that needed epinephrine, they did keep me for 30 minutes after both shots to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction. The usual wait time is 15 minutes.

I am impatiently waiting for mine to come. Of course front line workers, essential workers, the elderly and at risk should obviously go ahead of me. I’m not complaining about prioritising to be clear. But the roll out here is painfully slow. Even the health experts here are wagging their finger at the government

We got Pfizer first dose 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Next show will be late July, maybe sooner. My arm was sore for a day or so, but that's happened before with other vaccines.

I got both Moderna shots back in December and January. Sore arm at injection spot both times, and the day after the second shot, I felt tired; but not enough to keep me from going to work.

I still can't get an appointment within 50 miles. They fill up before I can click on them. There are plenty available on the other side of the mountains. I may have to plan a long road trip to get mine.

Both Pfizer shots a couple months ago since I'm a healthcare worker - my arm was pretty sore the next day after each shot.

My wife and each received our twe Pfizer shots. I experienced brief and mild flue symptoms after my second shot. My wife had no reaction at all.
