Does anybody know why Jilin province has been put into lockdown ? Because Hong Kong has had a surge in Covid-19 but only Hong Kong and Shenzen have been put into lockdown. I would have thought Guangdong province as a whole should be put into lockdown, not Jilin.

Where did Covid-19 come from in Hong Kong/ Shenzen ?
