Peace and mercy of Allah be on you…By the favour of Allah the Exalted, now the institutions to prepare life-devoted missionaries for faith exists in various countries to meet the growing need. Lately, a combined convocation of these institutions of UK and Canada took place in UK. These young men, mostly from waqf e nau scheme, grew up in Western environment; they presented themselves after school for study in these institutions to serve faith. They manifested to give precedence to faith over worldly life. It is not possible without favour of Allah the Exalted thus they and others in worldwide Jaamias (institutions) should realize it with humbleness, and always look for His favour.

The need of Murabbiyan and Muballegheen (missionaries) is increasing that is why maximum of waqefeen nau should come to Jaamia Ahmadiyya. Parents should draw attention and fill passion in boys from childhood to go to these institutions. Currently these institutions exist in Germany, Canada, UK, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Missionaries (Murabbiyan and Muballeygheen) and office holders of system of Jama'at, especially Saddars and Umara, should cooperate with each other with mutual respect. Sometimes tensions develop between missionaries and offices holders.

What are respective limits? At a time missionary consider something good for training of Jama'at but sadder-jama’at thinks otherwise. Sometimes sadder, due to age or due to be at rank for long times, thinks his matter should be run according to his desire.

Missionary must obey whoever is appointed at them management-wise, and should remain silent in tensions so that negative effect should not be at common members….If there is any excess, inform national-amir or sadder or to center, write to Huzur (a.t.).
It is the duty of sadars and umara to establish the honor of missionaries. Saddar and Amir should proceed with cooperation and advice of Missionary. Other office holder should cooperate with missionary in their circle. And missionary too should extend full cooperation with sadder or Amir jama’at too with humbleness.

Our purpose is same; education and training of members of Jama'at, to establish honor of system of Jama'at, to develop connection with Khilafat, and establishment of Tauheed and to convey the real teaching of Islam in the world. What is the question of limits and jurisdictions in it! Working should be with mutual unification and this commandment of Allah the Exalted should be kept in view, “wa ta’awanu alal berrey wattaqwa” .. Help mutually in works of virtue and Taqwa.
Serving Jama'at in any way is the greatest virtue. To serve faith really, Taqwa is essential. This work needs fear of Allah in heart and aim for His pleasure.
Thus the limits made for missionaries and office holders are to get virtues, and to practice Taqwa -- so that mutual love is developed and everyone play their role to make progress of Jama'at in knowledge and spirituality.

Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said:
“The meaning of “ta’awanu alal birrey wattaqwa” means to lift burden of weak brothers. Share burden of weaknesses in practice, faith and wealth. Cure physical weaknesses too.”
[It is possible only when office holders and missionaries serve with mutuality, keeping ache for members of Jama'at….To share weakness in practice and faith does not mean that they too should decline….It means, to remove weaknesses in practice and faith, sadder Jama'at and office holders should serve within their circle – and -- the missionary should do his duty as he has more religious knowledge and as he is representative of Khalifah of time for the duty of training.]
“A Jama'at cannot be a Jama'at unless powerful ones give support to weak ones”
[System of Jama'at is made so that program is made for the spiritual, knowledge-wise and physical progress of members.]
“Senior should serve junior and treat with softness.”
[This advice is essential for the relation of sadars and umamra with members…. It is also essential for the relation of sadar Jama'at and missionary….. Good models of conducts before members are necessary for their progress in knowledge and spirituality….. At places, where there is minute lack in relation between sadar or office holder or missionaries, or even there is light complaint, Satan tries to enter, and foundations of virtue and Taqwa begin to get shake… Some people acting as sympathizer tell the missionary that sadar jamat has not good with him. Some others tell sadar jamat that missionary should not have done so…..The very people try to distant sadar and missionary, whose reform was duty of sadar and missionary. As the result, unrest develops in people.
Hazrat Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said: “Look, that Jama'at cannot be Jama'at which usurp each other. And when four sit together, they complain about a deprived brother of their, and continue to do criticism. It should never be done. Rather, strength should come in Ijma (gather-ness, unanimity) and unity should be developed, by which love comes and blessings are developed…..Moral powers should be enhanced, and it take place when sympathy, love, afw (favour, forgiveness) and karam (generosity) are spread, and mercy and concealing others’ deficiencies should be given precedence over all habits……. Severe accountability should not be exercised at minor things which cause heart breaking and sorrow. ”
This quote does not mean, God forbidden, there are widespread differences exist among office holders in Jama'at especially in sadars, amirs and missionaries; no not at all. Here and there, once in year one or two incidence are reported.
All these issues are explained so that sadars / amirs and missionaries should know there work is very vast, and an important purpose is before us. If ever, God forbidden, a difference develops it should be resolved immediately because it affects members of Jama'at too and Satan take advantage of it.
Both of them have to fulfill, with mutual cooperation, the assigned duty of making progress of Jama'at in knowledge, spirituality and administration.
