Perhaps just for show. But he could pursue prosecution
of companies & executives. Would SCOTUS support
    him? Unlikely but possible.
The real issue here is conservatives increasingly
micro-regulating business. This just might be another
    example.

I think we're seeing conservatives experience several
    things...
    - Trump cult
    - Reacting to leftish speech/education policies, eg, CRT.
    - Being able to get away with more extreme legislation
    with the new SCOTUS makeup.
    - Anger over the "stolen" election.

It is interesting that what is seen by some as anti racist can be seen by others as racist.
I guess the whole thing requires humility and a willingness to try to look at things truthfully and to really hear what others are saying,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if that is possible when we see things naturally from our own particular pov.

    Did you read the bill?

The intent was to be non-discriminatory.

Some think that being anti-racist involves
being pro some races, yet anti others.
It's an irrational reaction to racism.

    I've not read it.
But anti-discrimination laws (if this is one) are
all about micro-regulation. Try being a residential
landlord, & comply with the many regulations,
some of which are in direct conflict with others,
eg, zoning law requiring discrimination based
upon age & family status here in Ann Arbor.

I know where you live because you've told us. And I don't blame you for repeating Chinese propaganda lies with nothing to back them up because lies have no foundation.

I read his post as a fanciful rant...not an attempt at accuracy.
So yes, nonsense it was....but OK because of poetic license.

Of course, if he returns to claim 100% cromulence, we'll just
chalk it up to his being a running dog of communism.

To a fairly thick non-American this all reads like an outtake from Through The Looking Glass.
And a friendly word - "penchant" is of French origin. Feeling a little concerned here Rev.

Of course it's a farcical rant, but since
he defends it, he means it.

Should like me. I provide food.

Plus I am inherently quite loveable.
