Hsiao is defined as love within the family, love of parents for their children and of children for their parents.

A quote from a prophet David O McKay {from an address sometime in the fifties}
that is similar to Confucius' saying. They thought the same way

There will be peace in the world,

Another quote from David O McKay is
"Home is the fundamental unit of society."

I read that parents have great concern towards their children and children are taught filial duties towards their parents and elders.

I know one more quote of Confucius and that is
"A mind's journey begins with a single why"
