Come To Prayer, Come To Salvation!

I'm appauled, like every other Muslim, with the disrespect done to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) at the hands of the wreckless European press. This insult must not be ignored and action must be taken but we must control our cinduct if we are to ever be victorious; violence is not the answer. Rioting and destroying embassies and human lives will only make us look worse and give anti-Muslim radicals an excuse to bring us harm. I call for a boycott against every nation responsible for printing this disgrace with the conditions that the people behind it be arrested and a law be passed to prevent this sort of thing from ever happening again. We Muslims have been going through much turmoil with the 9/11 attacks, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Some of us have been wrongfully accused, beaten, hated, and discriminated against and if we go off the edge now then we will lose. We must have faith in Allah that He will deliver His justice, blessing His worshippers and destroying His enemies. He has tested the Jews and the Christians and now I feel that the time has come for Him to test us. We must take it upon ourselves to lead our children and our people in the direction that Allah would have us follow and denounce those who pervert our beutiful faith of God. If we remain steadfast, if we persevere, if we control ourselves as one beating heart & one thinking mind than Allah willing no force on Earth can be against us. :shout Allahu Akbar, Salam Allaikum:shout .

i agree that there are many many lies printed and many muslims are persecuted everyday in the land with the false image of freedom of religion, but that is just the way it is right now. even Daniel had to pray in private, just like many brothers have to do in america today. the best action to be taken is to lead by example. have a peaceful life no matter what they do. if the cops harass you, then be peaceful and smile. when people threaten you just because they do not understand your beliefs, be peaceful, tell them you love them even though they seem to hate you. as Jesus taught, turn the other cheek. with practice we can all be "in heaven" simply by believing it. heaven is a state of mind. the last time i was harassed by the cops for praying in public i was peaceful and i smiled. the cops later said they were actually intimidated because they were unable to intimidate me or the 2 others with me. by not getting angry in the slightest you will always triumph. peace is the key. peace and love. let them do what they will, they can only defeat you if you let them.

i agree it was tactless to print such pictures, but i believe in freedom of speach and expression. i am happy that you can say such things, even though i disagree with you in places.

i very much take a "although i may despise what you say, i will defend to the death yoru right to say it" approach (and i have a complete mental blank..... who said that quote?)
