Given the chaos that is going on around the world right now, you may be feeling fearful or uncertain about the future. It’s okay to feel afraid, we are in uncharted territory, and it is natural to fear the unknown. I do caution you, however, not to get consumed by the fear. With the 24/7 news and the isolation within your home, it isn’t easy, but there are things you can do.

I am here to lovingly encourage you to remember that you have a choice; you can choose love, or you can choose fear. Stay informed, of course, but if you find yourself constantly checking the news or engaging in conversations of despair, decide to limit your intake of this information.

Use this time to connect with your inner world. Heal, think for yourself, and process what’s going on around and within you.

Getting through hard times is easier said than done – we all know that. Regardless of the countless motivational articles and inspirational quotes, it can be extremely difficult to pull yourself together and go on when you are feeling like everything is falling apart.

From an early birthday present! -

The author says he read literally hundreds of books on science, psychology, philosophy & spirituality in his quest to uncover the real truth about our reality.

One site he mentions early on is www.laurency.com - an author I had never heard of previously ...

It looks massive from first impressions - take a gander at this -

Introduction to the Works of Henry T. Laurency

The book also speaks about different kinds of knowledge - especially esoteric knowledge - makes an interesting search - for example -

Science of Spirituality: Articles

Again - so much info it's hard 2 know where 2 begin ...

Enjoy!
