Do you have proof of these nonsense claims?
I don't have to prove it. It is fact. Do you live on earth?

Whatever. Should we quit any hobbies we have that cost money because they can be expensive? Should we not consume foods we enjoy if they have a potential for making us crave more?Even if vaping was not harmful, physically, at all, it still would be a very harmful activity for humans to engage in because it is expensive, and habit-forming, and possibly addictive. It's also unhealthy for a society of humans to this kind of blatant exploitation of human weakness, for profit.
I have looked. I even posted a study. What you claim just isn't the case.
In Indiana it would have actually been cheaper for me to smoke. But in California, vaping costs the same as it does in Indiana, but because cigarettes cost way more it is significantly cheaper to vape there.People are always going to have addictions, but vaping is both cheaper and less harmful than smoking. The point is harm reduction.
One study is more evidence than you've posted.Pure darkness.
Yeah, I live on Earth whereas you must live on Bizarro World where making completely outlandish statements like in your post here is acceptable.I don't have to prove it. It is fact. Do you live on earth?
The Constitution was written by rich guys who owned slaves and viewed women as chattel. They WERE the government that they established. So it's not surprising that they did not address the problem of undue influence by a moneyed elite in their founding Constitution. They were the moneyed elite. And the moneyed elite have been running this country into the ground ever since, with the exception of that time period after the great depression the the second world war, when the citizenry had finally learned the importance of having each other's backs, and of reigning in the greed and territorial aggression of the rich. Sadly, that generation is gone, now, and they did not teach their hard-earned lessons to their offspring, so we as a people have fallen right back into the same absurd oligarchical nonsense that drove us into a depression and world war to begin with. Its because the constitution has been reading--We the rich will buy your rich elected officials to look the other way while we get away with murder.
We shoud not produce these things as a marketable commodity. If people really want to harm themselves, they can and they will. But a sane and reasonable society would not be looking for new ways to help them do so, just because someone could get rich off it.Whatever. Should we quit any hobbies we have that cost money because they can be expensive? Should we not consume foods we enjoy if they have a potential for making us crave more?

Pretty much everything is a marketable commodity. We shoud not produce these things as a marketable commodity.

The real puzzle, to me, is why you and so many other Americans can't see that.
Since it seems you lacked a history lesson, the Constitution was one of the most progressive and pro-citizen documents made during its time. It wasn't perfect, but freedom of speech and assemble, the separation of church and state, legal rights and protections during criminal proceedings, refusing troop quartering, the right to a militia, those were radical ideas never before bestowed upon a populace before that. And most of the ridiculous constitution was cleverly worded in a way where they can screw with people just about as they please ~ with a bunch of different and open interpretations that they can find useful if pleased.
Because most of us don't see silly conspiracies lurking in the shadows and let adults do their own thing if they aren't harming others. We also realize things like alcohol prohibition was an abysmal failure. Better to regulate and tax it than push it underground. The real puzzle, to me, is why you and so many other Americans can't see that.
Yeah, that needs to stop.Pretty much everything is a marketable commodity.
Adults wouldn't commodify poison for fun and profit.Or, how about respecting the decisions that adults make?
Is that supposed to be some sort of justification? Because if it is, you REALLY missed the mark!I wouldn't be surprised to learn in the long term that vapes are far less dangerous and harmful to everyone all around than eating big macs.

I don't think you do since you seem to think the Constitution is rubbish and just benefits the rich.I understand that ~ and also understand what I said. Both sides.
Addiction is the answer. Like you I used to smoke. When that nicotine craving kicks in it is very easy to justify smoking. Vaping is probably safer than smoking, it does not seem to be nearly as carcinogenic But it will still cause heart disease. And it is still extremely addictive. Taxation and raising the age to smoke or vape may help reduce the number of victims over the years. Once one starts it can be very hard to quit.We shoud not produce these things as a marketable commodity. If people really want to harm themselves, they can and they will. Tylenol is poisonous and deadly in large doses. Water is fatal in large doses. Alcohol is the number two deadly drug, and banning it didn't work. Cigarettes are the number one deadly drug, more so than all others combined, and yet we know banning them won't work.Adults wouldn't commodify poison for fun and profit.
I'm pointing out your going on about something that hasn't been demonstrated to have great risks, and there are all very well integrated and unquestioned commodities of our culture that are far more dangerous and destructive for everybody in the world, such as massive scale beef farming. Is that supposed to be some sort of justification? Because if it is, you REALLY missed the mark!
