Yes China has the biggest army on Earth but India has Agni V missiles that can hit Beijing and we don't even know the full capability of Agni VI and Surya

No arms were used but several dozen soldiers were injured, including a senior Indian officer who was required to be airlifted to a hospital.

it seems that three died in the fight while 17 injured soldiers died from exposure and other problems related to their injuries. So the total was 20 Indian soldiers dead, while the number of Chinese soldiers who were wounded or killed is not known at this time.
