Changing Florida

Florida is a horrible place! The Government doesn't care. The High Schools have the highest drop out rates. Gangs are everywhere. Way too much violence!

I want to turn Florida into a peaceful modern civilized society like Scandinavia. How do we make this a reality?

2=Call various officers (not only police) from the most peaceful places for opinion.

4=Ask from peaceful residents and fulfill needs.

Florida has traditionally had a poor school system, going back far. Reason is it's a retirement state, and retirees don't want to pay for schools. Solution is to work on a county/school district level, with some being for seniors and others for families. So some areas would have no schools at all, so that others could have better schools.

This may be a bit oversimplified, but only solution that I can see. It may mean longer commutes for some who want to raise children yet work in the retirement field.
