What country/region was this photo taken in? Do you know? I am curious about the identity of the frog.
Is it Australia?
Scratch Australia. I think it is a pine barrens treefrog from the eastern US.
Thank you. I wasn't sure, but I found it challenging to try and find out. Missed that by a good deal. Seems my identification skills have gotten rusty.It's west coast actually. It's a Pacific Tree Frog
I have had some herpetology and at one time, when I was younger, I considered becoming a herpetologist. I am still fascinated with reptiles and amphibians.

You got me on that one. And it removes self recrimination from my failure to get the correct id too.
