Can Muslims take women as slaves and then rape them?

How about slave or war booty?

In Judaism, a concubine is a marital companion of inferior status to a wife. A concubine among polygamous peoples is a secondary wife, usually of inferior rank. The prevalence of concubinage and the status of rights and expectations of a concubine have varied among cultures, as have the rights of children of a concubine.

O you paternal Prophet, surely We have made lawful for you your spouses to whom you have brought their rewards, and what your right hand possesses of what Allah has conceded you (as war prisoners), and the daughters of your paternal uncle, and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncle, and the daughters of your maternal aunts maternal who have emigrated with you, and (any) believing woman (Literally: wife) in case she bestows herself to the Prophet, in case the Prophet is willing to marry her. (Or: marry her anyone) (This is) for you exclusively, apart from the believers. We already know what We have ordained upon them concerning their spouses and what their hands possess, so that there may be no restriction on you. And Allah has been Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

O Prophet! surely We have made lawful to you your wives whom you have given their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses out of those whom Allah has given to you as prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who fled with you; and a believing woman if she gave herself to the Prophet, if the Prophet desired to marry her-- specially for you, not for the (rest of) believers; We know what We have ordained for them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess in order that no blame may attach to you; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! The link goes on to discuss concubines in Islam.

Modern times[edit]
According to the rules of Islamic Fiqh, what is halal (permitted) by Allah in the Quran cannot be altered by any authority or individual. Therefore, although the concept of concubinage is halal, concubines are mostly no longer available in this modern era nor allowed to be sold or purchased in accordance with the latest human rights standards.

It is further clarified that all domestic and organizational female employees are not concubines in this era and hence sex is forbidden with them unless Nikah,[59] Nikah mut‘ah[60] or Nikah Misyar is committed through the proper channels.

We sure have a problem in Atlanta where 4,000 underaged girls aare trafficked every night.

Primarily, non-Muslim women taken as prisoners of war were made concubines as happened after the Battle of the Trench,[57] or in numerous later Caliphates.[58] It was encouraged to manumit slave women who rejected their initial faith and embraced Islam, or to bring them into formal marriage.

An Imam has told his congregation in Wales that war is approaching and Islam allows them to take women as slaves and rape them.
UK Imam: War is Coming, Muslims Can Take Women As Sex Slaves

Is this a preamble to Zechariah 14:3 ?

Zechariah 14:2 2I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city.

I don't believe so, no.

I think its forbidden in modern times.

Your slaves are your brothers and your attendants. Allah has placed them in your hands. Whoever has his brother under him should feed him with the same food he eats, clothe him with the same clothes he wears, and not burden him beyond his ability. If you burden him, then help him.

I think there's an important point hidden away in here...and it is far, far bigger than just Islam or any religion. Throughout much of human history, and right up until today, marriage and parentage have been so often much more about property rights, territory, and so forth, than about anything even remotely resembling love and family. How many kings and nobles have entered into arranged marriages, done their "duty" on a woman that revolted them to produce the next owner of the title, only to go on and spend most of their time doing what they enjoy, with whom they enjoy it, leaving the revolting woman to suffer, usually carefully guarded, a life of loneliness?

Good heavens, even Prince Charles, the next King of England and father and grandfather of 2 futures kings, did as much (although I suspect Diana wasn't revolting). And even here, well, he's a man, so he's forgiven. Diana, you can trust me on this, never would have been forgiven for her infidelity, had she not been wise enough to die.

Funny thing....although I really like men, I'm glad as can be that I'm not a woman!

Out of curiosity, while the question of taking females as slaves, concubines, having them against their will and so forth has been debated several times here, what are the rules for a gay man like me, would prefer to take a defeated male enemy as slave, concubine and so on.

By which I mean to ask...why treat women differently than men? Why should the rules be different?

It's traditional to claim to be straight while raping enemy male combatants. The rape itself is less troublesome to your fellow soldiers than your homosexuality.

They have also tortured them, used many as sex slaves, kept their passports and denied them their wages, so that the governments of the third world countries had to intervene. In the brgain, they have induced these people to be terrorists. I wonder, why India has not made stricter rules for employment of their citizen in these countries. Perhaps after the formation of the new government in May 2019.
